All prepaid order refunds without dispute will be credited to original payment method within 15 business days. Refunds will be accepted only if the product purchased is unpacked in its original form and unused. Refunds will be processed once the material is received and verified by us.

For order cancellation request from customer within 24 hours, payment gateway fee will be held back by JNS Jaguars and balance will be refunded to original payment method.

For order cancellation request from customer after the order is completed, Payment gateway and shipping charges will be held back and balance will be refunded to its original mode of payment.

What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only. JNS Jaguars liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
